An online talk and meditation by Sharon Salzberg, world-renowned teacher of mindfulness meditation and co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society, in collaboration with The Aligned Center (www.thealignedcenter.com

Our unprecedented circumstances have many of us riding a roller coaster of emotion and worry about the future, experiences which are intensified for our workers on the frontline. In this special workshop, Sharon Salzberg offers practical mindfulness tools and meditation practices that can be used in any moment to help loosen the grip of anxiety, deepen our concentration and develop lovingkindness and compassion for ourselves and others.

This session is for anyone who has been affected by the coronavirus, from frontline care workers to individuals who have struggled during these uncertain times, all of whom are invited to explore the benefit of these teachings. Sharon has cultivated a treasure trove of wisdom and practical tools from her five decades on the forefront of the meditation and mindfulness movement in this country. We are grateful that she will share her time-tested and science-backed practices at a time when we need them most.
